地方综合性大学校区功能定位的影响因素及路径探析

目前我国高等教育正处于发展方式的转型期,部分高校多校区办学面临校区功能定位的战略调整问题。如何进行科学定位,选择怎样的办学模式,如何优化学科专业布局与结构以及中心校区选址、资源配置、后勤保障等都影响着校区功能定位,关系到高校的长远可持续发展。基于我国多校区办学发展趋势和国内外高校的调研,探讨校区功能定位的关键影响因素,并对路径选择可能出现的问题进行预测分析。     

购买力平价视角下的人民币汇率研究

随着经济全球化的发展,汇率波动问题越来越成为国内外学者关注的焦点。因此,加强人民币汇率内在机理的深入研究对抑制人民币汇率波动具有重要的理论和实践意义。依据三变量购买力平价模型,选取2005年8月至2014年6月的最新月度数据对人民币兑美元汇率、中国生产者价格指数和美国生产者价格指数进行了协整分析。研究发现：人民币兑美元汇率、中国生产者价格指数和美国生产者价格指数之间存在长期的协整关系和短期动态调整机制。最后,从加快市场改革、稳定物价和完善汇率制度等几个方面为我国宏观政策的制定提出了建议。     

外贸企业汇率风险应急机制属性综合评价模型

企业管理者对于自身汇率风险应急机制情况的准确了解可以增强应对汇率风险的能力,如何客观地对汇率风险应急机制进行综合评价就显得至关重要。基于应急管理理论与汇率风险的特点,建立了汇率风险应急机制指标体系,然后利用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,运用属性测度理论构建了评价模型。最后通过算例分析,说明了该方法有可行性,能够为管理者提供科学、合理的决策依据。     

Wavelet Shrinkage with Double Weibull Prior

In this article, we propose a denoising methodology in the wavelet domain based on a Bayesian hierarchical model using Double Weibull prior. We propose two estimators, one based on posterior mean (Double Weibull Wavelet Shrinker, DWWS) and the other based on larger posterior mode (DWWS-LPM), and show how to calculate them efficiently. Traditionally, mixture priors have been used for modeling sparse wavelet coefficients. The interesting feature of this article is the use of non-mixture prior. We show that the methodology provides good denoising performance, comparable even to state-of-the-art methods that use mixture priors and empirical Bayes setting of hyperparameters, which is demonstrated by extensive simulations on standardly used test functions. An application to real-word dataset is also considered.

Technical Note – Pricing Below Cost Under Exchange‐Rate Risk

Pricing below cost is often classified as “dumping” in international trade and as “predatory pricing” in local markets. It is legally prohibited from practice because of earlier findings that it leads to predatory behavior by either eliminating competition or stealing market share. This study shows that a stochastic exchange rate can create incentives for a profit‐minded monopoly firm to set price below marginal cost. Our result departs from earlier findings because the optimal pricing decision is based on a rational behavior that does not exhibit any malicious intent against the competition to be considered as violating anti‐trust laws. The finding is a robust result, because our analysis demonstrates that this behavior occurs under various settings such as when the firm (i) is risk‐averse, (ii) can postpone prices until after exchange rates are realized, (iii) is capable of manufacturing in multiple countries, and (iv) operates under demand uncertainty in addition to the random exchange rate.

社会化网络的发展增加了人们在互联网上的好友资源,好友推介激励机制也具有了更多的推介对象.基于依附理论,将网络消费者进行分类,运用实验研究的方法探讨了好友推介激励机制情景下依附模式对推介双方行为模式,以及奖金分配方式公平性的影响.实验结果表明,依附回避,负向影响邀请者的出价和被邀请者的采纳;依附焦虑,正向影响邀请者的出价和被邀请者的采纳.为了达成成功的好友推介,商家应该依据消费者的依附模式设计好友推介激励机制.

知识、信息在全球价值链中的加速流动有助于我国制造业通过接受国际领先企业的知识和技术转移来提高核心能力.基于国内外研究成果,从全球价值链驱动模式入手,对全球价值链下的知识转移进行了分析,认为不同价值链驱动模式下我国本土制造业通过嵌入全球价值链获取来自领先企业的知识存在差异,从而决定了其技术进步与升级路径的不同.
